This is the notice and action mechanism under article 16 of the Digital Services Act. Every report is reviewed by a person.

Anyone can report: users, rights holders, parents, support workers and authorities. You do not need to be logged in and you do not need to be involved.

The form

Paste the full link, or describe as precisely as possible where we can find it. Without this we cannot check anything.

Briefly explain what is going on. At least ten characters.

This is where we send your acknowledgement and, later, the decision.

What happens next

You immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with a reference and the time of receipt. That acknowledgement says nothing about the outcome.

A person then reviews your report. Once a decision is made, we tell you what we did, why, and what you can do if you disagree. If a measure is taken, the person affected receives a statement of reasons under article 17.

Other routes

If you are logged in, you can also use the report button in the app, on every profile, offer and conversation. For requests from authorities and our contact points, see our DSA page.
